No. All education, coaching sessions, lab packages, and digital products are self-pay. Many clients successfully use HSA or FSA cards, but Levelheaded Mind does not submit claims to, or contract with, any insurance plans.
Why We Don’t Bill Insurance
• Integrative labs & genetics aren’t recognized. Most insurers do not cover DNA panels, organic-acid testing, or advanced nutrient labs, so filing a claim usually results in a denial and surprise bills.
• Time & content freedom. Insurance contracts dictate session length, diagnostic codes, and one-size-fits-all treatment algorithms. Working outside that system lets us spend the time needed to personalize your plan, and focus on root-cause strategies instead of quick symptom management.
• Transparent pricing. Up-front package fees avoid copays, deductibles, and “exclusion” surprises, so you know exactly what you’ll invest before beginning. -

Coaching is educational, not emergency care. If you feel unsafe with your thoughts or are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. You can also reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S. by dialing 988.
